I've been skimming over this cute little book called "Secrets for staying married for life" It is really cute. The first few chapters say things such as....
1. You only get out of marriage what you put into it.
....whoever sows generously will also reap generously....
2. ALWAYS TREAT YOUR WIFE LIKE A LADY
....husbands be considerate as you live with your wives,
and treat them with respect....
3.Realize that neither of you are perfect
...Be gentle with one another, sensitive. Forgive one another
as quickly and thoroughly as god in christ forgave you....
4. Cultivate the ability to see each others point of view
....the lord gives wisdom and from his mouth come knowledge and understandin....
5.Never be the first one to get angry
...Blessed are the peacemakers,for they will be called sons of god....
