thanks for the tips melissa. keep them coming. i'm happy to report that i was consistently losing weight before christmas but i hadn't weighed since then until this morning and i didn't gain one pound during the holidays! my favorite snack is a cup of hot green tea. it really helps curve my appetite.
Well only if I liked Mangoes....I don't dang it!! But the almonds are on the list!!
