Honestly, I am very picky, but this is THE BEST recipe I have ever tasted.
4 Eggs
1 2/3 Cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 16 oz. can pumpkin
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
2 cups flour
In a medium bowl,mix the eggs,sugar, oil, and pumpkin with a mixer until light and fluffy. Sift together flour,baking powder,baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Stir into pumpkin mixture until thoroughly combined.
Bake on a cookie sheet
Bake @ 350 for 25 minutes
Cream Cheese Frosting
8oz. cream cheese
1 stick butter
2-3 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Cream together the cream cheese and butter. Stir in Vanilla.
Add confectioner's sugar a little at a time. Mix until smooth. Spread onto the bars when they are cooled.
Something funny:
Trey and daddy were having a fun little conversation upstairs the other day after the bath, that went something like this.
Trey -"Dad, I got a little weenie, and you have a BIG weenie"
Seth laughing-"Yep"
Trey -"Dad, I got a little weenie!"
Me laughing -"Trey stop saying that. You don't want to tell people that! You have a big weenie too!"
Trey -"Mom, your Nice!!!"
If you could only here how Trey says this to people, it is so funny and cute!

Ok, that did sound a little perverted after telling my uncle, and he saidTrey was going to go around telling people " My mom said my weenie is big!" werid. The convo was NOT like that though! I can't explain it. You just had to be there! It was HILARIOUS!
i'm making these for my mom's bday on wednesday. weird she requested pumpkin spice bars the day i asked you for the recipe!
p.s. sounds like it's time for seth to get his shower time back to himself. once the discover is made it's just a lot of awkwardness from then on!
The funny thing is, we have never showered with our kids. He will get dressed in front of him or something, and me the same, but it was so out of the blue! That is why it was so funny!
